I’ve been supporting this place a few years, going in for ordinary female care. Most of the time there are no issues and they’ve been professional and kind in helping with some health challenges. Some annoyances are as follows: 1. Repetitive info to fill out on each visit. I have an account. Please just save my email and many other answers instead of asking for it every time. 2. I called here to ask about transgender Healthcare which they provide because I've been thinking about transitioning for a long time and the male receptionist was very rude to me and when I asked a question they were very hesitant and made me feel bad for even asking about it, very unprofessional 1 star
Most unprofessional staff I have ever talked too!! Talked over me when when I tried to answer the questions they were asking. Rude and obviously does not know how to their jobs.
