I came in for vaginal bleeding evaluation and possible removal of IUD which was placed by Grace Hernandez. She was very aggressive during vaginal exam. I felt nauseated, told her to please slow down and she kept moving in an aggressive way ignoring my requesting and stating “I’m looking for your cervix”. I stood up and she told me “you don’t want to continue! I told her I am a provider too and I have never ever been this aggressive during vaginal exam with a speculum with my patients. Terrible place, professional zero, they sent me to this place and when I arrive, they tell me that it was not the place for mammography, the little black-haired, rude, conceited lady, what more to say about the worst, treating with a tremendous bad attitude I do not recommend this place to anyone. And on top of that, nobody wanted to speak Spanish to you, and I speak English.
