Disclaimer: I have not been to Planned Parenthood since they moved. I brought my daughter here for HRT treatment. Her experience is positive. My experience is not based on three level of care care. I stopped of my daughter, ran an errand, and returned to PP. They would not let me into the waiting room. The receptionist first tried to claim HIPAA laws precluded my entry. I immediately dismantled that subterfuge by pointing it that nothing medical is spoken in the waiting room because that would violate HIPAA laws for everyone... read more
They are very caring. There never seems to be too many people there. I have been here 4 times over the last year and have always had a good experience.
Always feel very safe, heard, and respected here. Have helped me multiple times where other OBGYNs have failed. Appointments can be long on a busy day, but everyone is so nice and transparent about it. I drive an hour to go here rather than any local Binghamton/Vestal OBGYNs because they are that good!
