Went here when I was first starting on HRT. Hormone therapy has been nothing but a benefit for my life, but this location made that start as miserable as possible None of the staff know how to draw blood. Every time I went there, an average of 2-3 staff members would attempt to draw my blood a minimum of 2x each before giving me a referral for a lab at another location where the lab tech was regularly baffled how anyone could struggle with my veins. Do not go to this place for transgender care. I went in with existing prescriptions and she not only didn't put all of the medications we talked about in the system, the dosages were wildly incorrect for the two that ended up actually being put in. To make all of this even more frustrating the two women working the desk were rude, and the practitioner was over an hour late for my scheduled appointment. Some of the staff were nice but the way my visit was handled was honestly dangerous. I waited for over 2 hours to see a provider and nobody ever took my vitals or asked me the appropriate questions for birth control yet wrote down answers and vitals as if they had asked/taken them. The only reason I figured this out was when the provider did finally see me she listed off medical information that I never disclosed and told me about my vitals that nobody took. Nurse practitioner on staff on march 26th 2024 at 1030am forced my wife to change from pill estrogen to patches without her input. Made her feel very insecure about taking estrogen and very upset because she felt like she was no longer in control of her own transition.
