Planned Parenthood is AWEFUL I went into the clinic for a few tests, The staff is completely ignorant. They have no idea what they are doing. The gal that 'helped' me was a moron and could barely function. The entire facility was a joke. Expect a hour wait for anything, even simple information. No clinic should operate this way.
Planned Parenthood is amazing! I love this clinic. Their prices are perfect for me. And they were so very helpful. They do tend to have new "nurses" every now and again, so sometimes you get someone who isn't perfectly knowledgeable about everything. However, they're not afraid to ask questions. And the woman doctor here is so friendly and nice. She explains everything she's doing in a way that isn't condescending. There are a lot of patients at this clinic, so personal knowledge of each patient is nearly impossible. However... read more
AMAZING this place is amazing i have been to other places but no1 treats me as well as they do the people who work there are the friendliest. they help me so much and i feel so comfortable with them. this stuff is all new to me so they make me feel very COMFORTABLE. i had trouble paying n they helped me out with my payments also. i mean i dont know what else to say besides that i love this place so much. u know exactly what kind of an experience you will have unless you go and check out the thing for yourself reading. Try another Location Not only was the nurse on an early lunch 10 min AFTER my appointment time which resulted in a 30min wait with no one else there, they ran tests I never asked for and would not give me my pills until I paid for them.
Poor Treatment I came into this facility for symptoms I was having, such as irregular bleeding, lower back pain, abdominal swelling. I was in the process of getting approved for insurance and this was my only option for treatment. I was spoken to like an ignorant person who slept around, I explained to the nurse practioner that these symptoms were not normal and I was not sexually active, she kept forcing the issue of birth control and explained I was just getting older and my body was changing. very disappointed Planned Parenthood, santa clara seems to be a good one esp if ur a first timer. The staff is good mostly but there's one Luz in there with always half knowledge and too much talking. a brainless nut who gives wrong information. She is the sweetest the first time but her colors change very soon. She's given the worst experience so far for my prenatal checkups. She gave me sucha loss and not bothered about my checkups at all.
