I was very nervous and skeptical about coming to a planned parenthood for hormone therapy, I am FTM. When I arrived at my first appointment I was greeted with such a warm smile and vibrant energy from the front desk associate. She helped me with all my questions and anxieties even though she seemed so busy, she was still so attentive and caring. Today was the first time I've ever been here. The staff was so nice, took their time with me, explained everything was open, honest and recommended a better prescription than what i was on. The only thing i regret was not making my appointments sooner. I will recommend this clinic to any and everyone! Any person who has the ability to donate money to a good cause, this is the place to donate, when i become able to donate, this is my number 1 choice!
