I had an appt scheduled for Feb 8 for a general wellness and screening. I thought it was clear when I made the appt and confirmed at the desk but somehow when I was seen they thought I was only there for screening. The Dr. was able to accommodate me which I was very grateful for. However, I was told I would get my results a few days later, 7-10 max, and going on 3 weeks later I still have not received my test results! After fighting with my insurance over birth control for over a year, I was able to make an appointment and get my IUD the same day! Love the amazing staff at planned parenthood.

Although the website states to walk in for things like pregnancy and STI testing (and does not allow you to book appointments online for these reasons), this location does NOT ACCEPT walk in appointments of any kind. This information should be made clear and the website should display if they have differences in policy between locations. I am a huge proponent of planned parenthood, so this was disappointing. Receptionist interrupted and spoke over me in one conversation and said in another they could not take care of my two needs at one appointment which whoever booked it said they could she said it’s a third party, they should be educated on protocols. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ disappointed. I’ve had an issue for months and the other planned parenthood I tried to make an appointment with was booking over a month out, I don’t feel like this organization cares.
