I haven’t been here in a long time and it really hasn’t changed. So my daughter had an appointment at 1010am and we didn’t get seen until 1215. Service is horribly slow but we get taken care of but I’m gonna have to make some changes because that was just ridiculous and I don’t know anyone that just has time like that to not do nothing.
Went to planned parenthood for 4 years for gender affirming care only for them to discontinue the entire program as soon as Trump took office. Mind you, there was no executive order forcing them to do so, they just stopped providing it because it's socially acceptable to discriminate now.
Called at 3:50pm to return a missed call from them at 3:45pm for the phone to say that they are closed. No way for me to get a hold of them and fix my prescription issue. Now i can’t get my prescription today. Hours on website show they close at 4:30pm

Personally I’ve been here going on 5 months and every single time I make an appointment I have to be told “ it doesn’t mean it was set to be seen exactly at that time.” Which makes no sense but, then I’m waiting for a good 1 hour or so and then have to either leave and or reschedule my appointment. Also other people seem to be called ahead of me while I’ve been waiting and yet no direct response to why I’m waiting this long
