Never been to a PP before, so didn’t know what to expect. Made an appointment for 2:10 PM for routine testing, and I arrived REALLY early in the off chance they could take me back before my appointment time. Ended up being closer to ~2:40PM until I was brought back, but the staff was very courteous of everyone’s time, and let people know that they were running a little behind vs. letting us all sit and wonder. Excellent PP office. I visited for a PAP and breast exam - with a few concerns; patient education and follow up was thorough. Tara addressed my needs with care - she is a knowledgeable provider.
Waited over 30 minutes past appointment time for a depo shot slow and they couldn't draw my girlfriends blood
super respectful and helpful, answered all my questions, went through pricing with me in the room & was very affordable even out of pocket
Great experience overall, the NP is very helpful too for my checkup, and didn’t have to wait too long to be seen!
