This place is incredibly greedy, I was told by their staff that my insurance card would work unfortunately the girl BETSY was so rude and condescending, I’ve been bleeding for over 50 days and my issue was not taken with any seriousness, don’t come here ever, so unprofessional, make the drive to the Santa Fe location this place is awful
This location sucks, other locations are better
For twenty years I have never been let down or misunderstood, received with patience QUALITY CARE from highly skilled professionals at Planned Parenthood in the SW region. I am gradual to have a clinic on call that has my back and moves me forward feeling taken care of better than ever. The Staff connection has been and always will be my Go To!
Usually really nice here , untill you have to bring your child with you. Came only for uti test and treatment and they told me I had to reschedule unless I had someone to watch my child in the waiting room, but there is also no mention of this rule on the website nor have I ever got a reminder call. They also advertise they take walk ins which is wrong . They treat you like crap if you bring a child with you. Beware. I won't be coming back here ever again !
