The security guard was extremely friendly and kind, but the team member i spoke with at the front desk gave me some issues. Staff are the sweetest and very good at communicating.
It’s humbling to be aware of how many mothers across the United States of all backgrounds in their most vulnerable space in life have very little to no support or village. Experiencing this office was a witness to that and much more. You may or may not connect with the entire office which is normal for human interaction, but one good worker is a cherished memory to last a lifetime. Today September 8th 2026 I came for a follow up. I was told by the physician to make an appointment. I then made one for August 31 2026. when I came in for a follow up I was told why am I hear ? I explained i was told to make an appointment August 20th 2026.This was the second time I have come in to speak to a Physician as I was told to. This place is incredibly greedy, I was told by their staff that my insurance card would work unfortunately the girl BETSY was so rude and condescending, I’ve been bleeding for over 50 days and my issue was not taken with any seriousness, don’t come here ever, so unprofessional, make the drive to the Santa Fe location this place is awful
