Lauren and Sarah were amazing and made it a very smooth process, helped calm me, were amazing woman and perfect for this job. We need more people like them, They really took away my anxiety and were very professional, caring, and sweet woman. Thank you El Ceritto has the best staff compared to the other planned parenthoods in the Bay.
The first person who scheduled my appointment was nice, and got me the last appointment for the day after (Friday). However, when I went back the next day (took me one hour to get there), the person at the check in told me that they "tried to call me" to let me know that the physician "cancelled my appointment" for no reason (literally so irresponsible for a medical clinic that offers emergency contraception services and abortions)???????? I love this clinic. I opt for them over my primary care for all things gyno. diligent with their approach making you feel very comfortable and a very thoughtful way of speaking and asking personal questions. Makes care affordable. If planned parenthood did all kinds of care i'd make them my primary care provider
I had such an amazing experience with the practitioners at this center!! I tend to get extremely nervous about anything medical and my intake nurse immediately stopped asking questions once I said this and started offering aid tools like water and snacks (even a heating pad!). Everyone I was in contact with was so gentle informative and patient. I'm always blown away by the dedication to care from the staff here and am beyond grateful for the work they do!
