First off I come in on a plan appointment. I start looking at the cards and step up to the desk. The lady says I need to go sit down which automatically I was just mad straight out disrespected, and then when they called my significant other in, they told me that I had to wait out. I don’t know what happened, but we came in together, and I had to go out outside to catch some positive air I do not recommend good customer service here at all.
They always leave you waiting for at least an hour after your appointment time so I see no point of being on time.
I absolutely love this clinic- Dr. P___ is the best provider. She treated me with so much dignity and respect in regards to my chronic battle with ovarian cysts and the complications surrounding that as well as other sensitive health issues. Due to the complications and unresolved problems she referred me to a complex care team. All this while being harassed by protestors outside that do not understand all planned parenthood does for people. I have been repeatedly discriminated against at Scripps and Sharps and neglected.
