Staff was excellent and nothing less. Everything i could ask for especially from the support staff member named daisy. Thank you for help during my visit.
The wait time is ridiculous, my appointment was at 10am, I showed up and checked in 20 min earlier, they told me I'll be called in 20-25 minutes. They didn't call me back until 10:35 and now it's 11 am and I'm still waiting in the doctor. I've never had such a wait time in any of the other locations. Very disappointed
First off I come in on a plan appointment. I start looking at the cards and step up to the desk. The lady says I need to go sit down which automatically I was just mad straight out disrespected, and then when they called my significant other in, they told me that I had to wait out. I don’t know what happened, but we came in together, and I had to go out outside to catch some positive air I do not recommend good customer service here at all.
