HAD AN APPT FOR 9 AM ITS 1030 AND IVE BEEN SITTING IN A ROOM STILL WAITING ON A DR . TO BE SE
I Had an appointment at 10:30 which was the earliest appointment available and wasn’t seen till 12:30pm. If i could give this 0 stars I would. How do we go through the hustle of making an appointment if you won’t be seen till 2 hours later its beyond ridiculous.
Shay didn't help . She was so unhelpful and didn't have a care in the world about me. She was also dead set on the fact that my husbands social couldn't be used to look up his insurance. However when the Tricare rep gave me the answer. It sure enough was his social. She didn't apologize or anything. It was more of a "oh well" attitude.
