Receptionist at as rude and had an attitude when talking to patients. I can understand rescheduling an appointment due to lack of time. What I don’t appreciate is being spoken to with such disrespect. Women like her will go nowhere in life.

Dr. Jennifer , the nurses at front desk, and the nurse who triaged me were all awesome (wish I would’ve gotten their names) they make you feel so welcomed, so calm. I’m happy that my first time experience was with this staff in particular because you can tell they really care about their patients. And I’m so grateful. Thanks guys!

I find it odd that the Planned Parenthood of Kingston disabled comments/review's on Google. Rightfully so. The staff is cold & unfriendly & the whole environment is off-putting & callous.

went to one of the locations in Tempe, i asked to get a pap smear and was told I didn't need one. Then the website said the office would refer me to a provider for a service if they could not provide one. I just called and asked for a referal to an office and the lady grudgingly listed off 2 offices with no number or contact info. Great service!!!

Had a great experience here! Not just great, but by far the best experience I've ever had in a doctor's office. They were kind, transparent about payment and such (where as most doctor's office are super hesitant to tell you what the cost is going to be) and they were the ONLY place that didn't need me to pay for an extra unnecessary visit to replace the birth control I've already been using for 4 years. The removal/insertion was a breeze! The doctor was very kind, and she made the whole thing so much less stressful for me... read more

Unfortunately, the two times I have tried to use this office, both of my appointments were cancelled. Just not great customer service. Too bad- normally I would want to support this service.
