The ladies are very nice, they have a secured and efficient system that works. It is not an uncomfortable or disorganized environment at all. The process was not at all scary with the help of two nurses being by your side thru the process and the dr talking you thru the steps. 10/10 would recommend. They make sure that you’re comfortable and well taken care of.
Canceled my appointment online without my permission or explanation. I understand it may be due to inclement weather, but I waited two weeks for this appointment and even confirmed online.
I'm absolutely livid as I write this. I had a cat scan over 5 weeks ago that showed something in my uterus that they think might be cancerous. Saw my family Dr who told me to schedule with my ob/gyn (which has always been planned parenthood). I called PP and was told they can't order the ultrasound I needed but I could get my family dr to order it and then make an appt with them to read it. So I did exactly what they told me. The staff here is amazing, everyone is super nice and makes sure that you are comfortable. They walk you through the process and explain exactly is going to happen. Amazing people!!
