My brother walked in and waited for hours only to be told that they don't take walk-ins. That wouldn't have been an issue if they had told him that when they first saw him rather than having him wait and waste his time for no reason I can think of.

Very nice people
Update: I have brought people here and after my last experience I felt they didn't care about me and gave me terrible care. I felt like crying leaving the office, but not every Dr has that special something that makes them stand out. They told me my blood pressure was high there but its because they caused me legitimate stress. I went to urgent care after and got real help and concern.
