Went in for an ultrasound on April 21 and was told the detailed results would be available on MyChart afterward. Unfortunately, it has been 3 weeks and the results still haven’t been uploaded. The staff discussed findings during the appointment, but the printed paperwork didn’t include those details, so I left without clear documentation to reference later. The woman that work in the front at the Concord location are horrible! Bad attitudes and they don't have clue what they are doing! They denied me service because I have insurance! The Planned Parenthood website says that even if you use a partner’s insurance, an Explanation of Benefits may still be sent out showing services. It also says you can request confidentiality, and that they offer programs like Family PACT for no-cost care regardless of income. I was referred to this office from Planned Parenthood Vallejo and my appointment was scheduled at 10:50am. I arrived early and checked in. I had my two year old toddler with me. I wasn’t seen by the doctor until 12:30pm. It was a terrible experience and I hopefully won’t ever have to go back. I’ve never had this experience in Vallejo.
Lady tried to book a appointment for me in Sacramento. I let her know I live 10 hours away. She thought it would be funny to book another appointment on the other side of L.A about 2 hours away . I suggested carson ca. She suggested I call myself . I said that's not helpful she said "ok" and hing up the phone. Theres no excuse for ignorance guys.
