I was referred to this office from Planned Parenthood Vallejo and my appointment was scheduled at 10:50am. I arrived early and checked in. I had my two year old toddler with me. I wasn’t seen by the doctor until 12:30pm. It was a terrible experience and I hopefully won’t ever have to go back. I’ve never had this experience in Vallejo.
Lady tried to book a appointment for me in Sacramento. I let her know I live 10 hours away. She thought it would be funny to book another appointment on the other side of L.A about 2 hours away . I suggested carson ca. She suggested I call myself . I said that's not helpful she said "ok" and hing up the phone. Theres no excuse for ignorance guys.
Planned Parenthood absolutely deserves five stars. The entire experience, from scheduling to the actual visit, was smooth, professional, and caring. Scheduling the appointment was incredibly easy over the phone, and everyone we spoke with was polite and helpful. During the visit, the staff made my girlfriend feel comfortable and respected the entire time. I visited this location today and I am well Pleased with my experience. The receptionist her name is Shania explained procedures to me and how much it’s going to cost. She is very knowledgeable and nice. Maria who lead me to the exam room speaks so soft, she ask all medical questions professionally by saying, and this is just to make sure we have the correct information….and can you verify?
