THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED AS OF 1/17/24 I always appreciated the care I received here but today I came to my scheduled and confirmed 8 am appointment to find the office locked and dark. I called the appointment desk and was informed this location is permanently closed. I am infuriated that I took time off work to come to an appointment that apparently does not exist, even with confirmation as recently as this morning at 7 am. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

They rescheduled my appointment two times. When I went for my appointment finally, I found that the office was closed. It wasn’t until I called the service center that I found out the office is closed indefinitely. Would have been nice to hear this from the office instead of finding out while waiting for my appointment.

Whoever my on-call nurse was was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude, she was very unhelpful and I didn’t even hear most of what she said because she was talking over me.

Okay, who ever is on the phone answering calls needs to chill! You have a nasty attitude! You should be more understanding!
