I had a great experience getting my IUD removed here today. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and professional. The service cost much less than the estimate I was provided at a different medical facility.
Spent an hour and a half at the facility just to be talked out of my procedure. I have now found out I do need. Will not be getting it at this location

Visited 5/23. The people here are very nice. I was already in a bad mood due to other circumstances so when I was relayed information, I was quite upset. However, they did not seem to be bothered and instead were very nice to me. I apologized when I realized it wasn’t their fault and instead the call center… they can’t control how billing and payments work as they’re just normal staff.
