Staff were pretty unprofessional. HIPPA violation through majority of the staff's conversations. It's easy to hear through the doors of gossips and mockery they have towards patients. Will not use this clinic ever again.

Going here was the most disturbing event I've ever experienced. The whole staff was incredibly rude minus one. They somehow thought it hilarious that criminal minds was playing on the tv and woman's screams from the tv barely drowned out the women crying in the waiting room. The front staff actually had the audacity to suggest that a woman who was short on money was an inconvenience. This place deserves zero stars. Good luck getting a hold of them... They are unorganized and I was on hold on the phone for more than 4 hours. I've called and left messages and they did not call back. You'd save time just getting your birth control somewhere else. Drove me nuts...

I had my appointment postponed twice after scheduling an appointment with them because the provider never came to the office. I was not notified that provider wouldn't show up so I ended up wasting my time.

From time to time I witness negative remarks regarding Planned Parenthood. I try very hard to bite my tongue and I often find myself incapable of refraining from having a less than pleasant rebuttal to persons spewing said negatively because if not for Planned Parenthood many like myself would be without a single hope. Thank you Planned Parenthood for every single service and salvation you give to we woman who desperately need the care you give.

I wish I could rate this less than one star. This Planned Parenthood does not have a sliding scale for those with no health insurance and/or little to no income. When I asked if there were any other, low-income options for birth control in the area, the employee told me just to go to the emergency room. Not only should you not go to the ER for birth control, but if I cannot afford the $235 PP wanted to charge me, I certainly cannot afford to go to the ER. Let me first say the receptionist was nice !!! But the nurse and the clinician sucked Both were rude. This nurse has a idgaf attitude. I got a painful procedure done the clinician was so rude and had no sympathy for me . Even yelled at me. Don't expect to be treated nicely they don't care how much pain your in .
