I literally never do this; (leave reviews) After having a hard time with my own personal practitioner to get an appointment scheduled to have my iud removed or even a simple well check did I make an appointment for the well check at this location after receiving nothing accommodating from my own providers. I literally lose my wallet on the way to the appointment and not only did they still check me in and treat me with a photo copy but also suggested it to me in the first place. I appreciate what planned parenthood does for us women but this location is like going to the DMV. Seems appointments aren’t honored.

This really is a clean and beautiful center, unfortunately the staff at the front desk was in a mood and presented very curt and aloof. I made an appointment and was waiting in line for twenty minutes, not even an exaggeration. And then as I'm waiting I get a notification that my appointment was changed to something half an hour after I even arrived. Thankfully they honored the new appointment time otherwise I would have been in the building nearly an hour having only given a urine specimen. I hope to come back and continue ... read more

The services this PPH provides are not only medically superb but their thoughtfulness is stellar. Friday mornings protestors are preaching to the cars and trying to block people from getting services so PPH provides escorts to help shield clients from the harassment. They care.
