Highly recommend this clinic for transgender patients seeking GAHT! I had been getting hormones through the Yuba City PP, but they started refusing my insurance so I switched to this clinic. I wish I had been going here from the start -- The waiting room feels comfortable and has Wi-Fi, and the staff is very friendly & organized. Maybe my timing was just lucky (1PM on a weekday), but the waiting room was nearly empty & my appointment started right on time. I literally never do this; (leave reviews) After having a hard time with my own personal practitioner to get an appointment scheduled to have my iud removed or even a simple well check did I make an appointment for the well check at this location after receiving nothing accommodating from my own providers. I literally lose my wallet on the way to the appointment and not only did they still check me in and treat me with a photo copy but also suggested it to me in the first place. I appreciate what planned parenthood does for us women but this location is like going to the DMV. Seems appointments aren’t honored.
