I was stuck in traffic. I drove 50min to get here. They would not see me said I was 5 minutes past the grace time. Poor customer service.
I was rescheduled to this planned parenthood location from my normal Virginia Beach location and had a pleasant experience. The office and waiting room is very nice. I didn’t wait long either. Even the staff and my provider were all very pleasant. Thank you. 🙏
My friend and I came here today for different reasons and we were both very happy with our visits. The whole establishment, including bathrooms, is extremely clean and the interior design is very cozy and cute which definitely helps with the nerves. The staff and nurses here are all so kind and do a lovely job at making sure you’re comfortable and safe. Very non-judgmental, considerate, and understanding. Both a friend and I had different services we needed. There isn't a big sign like other Planned Parenthood's I have seen but when you pull up to the building you will see directions on where to go! The office was clean, calm and welcoming. Affordable healthcare and kind staff. My friend and I felt comfortable and welcome (it was my first time going to one for a service for myself), so the receptionist being super chill and nice was definitely helpful.
