I was transferred from the VA Beach location and I had a really great experience, Everyone was very nice and professional from check in to check out. The staff actually listened to my concerns and took the time to go over things with me. Other then the extra 30 to 40 minute drive from VA Beach I felt pretty good after my appointment.
Genuinely the most kind and professional individuals! Kerriah was calm and gentle with the procedure and guided me through how to position my arm, she made sure I was numb enough as I shared previously I fell ill with a prior removal at a different medical establishment. She was very quick and efficient and I was very comfortable the entire time. Friendly staff, quick service
There are nurses who do their job, and then there are nurses who become an answer to someone’s prayer. When I felt like the whole world was against me, she hugged me with genuine compassion and reminded me that kindness still exists. That simple act meant more than words can express.
