Literally every experience I have had at this place has been awful. Lack of communication between the staff about what you actually need when you come to your appointment; God forbid they get you into your appointment at the time schedule you for. Oh and don't expect the people doing your procedure to have any experience, or for Planned Parenthood to inform you of any lack of experience.
