I went in for a procedure yesterday and my nurse Leela excluded me from my aunt who went with and I wanted with me. I understand it is their job to ask to a certain extent if this is my decision and I’m sure but the way leela kept repeating and made me feel as an adult I need to explain a decision I made not only for the wellbeing of myself but my future. I don't ever leave reviews, for anything. I came here for another opinion, someone to actually hear me and see me for what was going on. I have spent over a decade struggling with health and I got farther with Alyssa in one visit than I have in my entire life. She is willing to figure it out, she is willing to listen. I have come here twice. I will not be returning after my previous experience. I got tested a few weeks ago and the person who drew my blood, Leela, was not nice at all. I kept smiling at her and got nothing in return. Getting my blood drawn for me is a stressful experience, as I have an intense fear of needles. The old Indian, MA here named Leela is very rude. I don’t understand how she works in this kind of place when she lacks respect and empathy for her patients. Something is not right with her she came back into the room and crossed her arms and started questioning me like it’s an interrogation as if I was lying about my pain! I hope she will be dealt with by this company! She doesn’t deserve to be in the medical field. What an arrogant and condescending woman!
