I felt compelled to write a review having seeing mixed experiences on here. Firstly let’s start off with all your paperwork is given to you online to complete and fill out. Secondly yes you do go into a multipurpose room of sorts to make sure all the paperwork is done as part of the intake process but nothing is done in the room besides you answering questions. STAY AWAY! Specially for an IUD! As someone who came here and was treated by you guys for a few months I must say I’m very disappointed in your services. My experience as a whole was negative at this place. My copper iud was either put incorrectly or something incorrect happened on their end and it embedded into my uterus. Since the day I got it, I knew something was wrong. After I kept complaining about my symptoms, I was gaslighted into thinking I was okay when I clearly knew I was not.
