Good price- however even if you have an appointment you will wait forever to get called back. I had an appointment at 12:45 and am still waiting almost an hour. It's better off to pay the extra and got to a real doctor.
It's clean people are nice and I've seen the patients they get who are just rude and impatient they still seem to keep cool
This office is one of the nicest places I been to. I can say that they do need a makeover on the inside but the staff is so sweet they get you in and out pretty fast.
After having the Mirena for 5 years and loving it, it was time for a new one. I had it taken out at the south Austin location and attempted to have it reinserted on 2 visits with 3 doctors, All saying I had a blockage and that they could not reinsert it. Don't depend on an accurate pregnancy test here. You are better off getting accurate results from a drugstore test. Their pregnancy tests don't detect a 7-week pregnancy, so they say because they don't want to admit they made a mistake, and the technicians aren't trained well enough to detect a 7-week pregnancy when doing a physical exam. I will not return to this clinic ever again. I don't trust them with my health.
