Radhiya Lewis was my doctor who replaced my nexaplannon. I am absolutely terrified of doctors, but her professionalism put me at ease. I had very minimal bruising after as well! I had an amazing experience !
I been coming here for a few years and to be honest all the nurses act professionally and conservatively. Some are just more friendlier than others doesn’t mean they arent nice. (Their human too) Staff have always been quick and informative. They actually care about my health and gave me good advice concerning it. Plus it’s just easier to get access to birth control through your insurance here. I’ve always had trouble going through other medical offices.
I saw Latoya Barnes today for my nexolanon implant and she was so nice and personable. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The front desk people were very nice and helpful.
Did not want to (STRONGLY ADVISED ME NOT TO) replace my implant(BC) because “it could mess up my period” even tho they had records that i got inserted in 2021. 3 years is the recommended time frame and that info is everywhere but according to the NP the time frame changed to 5 years. Doesn’t seem right
