Booked online appointment system showed no appointment was told I can be scheduled for 12:40 PM was not taken back into the room till 30+ minutes after Scheduled time was left in the room for 30+ minutes after being seen then waited another 20 minutes after clinician came in for exam. spent a total of three hours at the clinic majority of time spent waiting
had a scheduled appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. The waiting room was completely empty when I checked in. Despite this, I ended up waiting more than 30 minutes past my appointment time while multiple walk-in patients were taken back ahead of me. I even overheard/confirmed that at least one was a walk-in with no apparent emergency. No one from the staff explained the delay, apologized, or gave any update during the wait. This felt like a clear lack of respect for patients who book ahead and plan their day around it. ... read more
This was my fist time ever at a place like this and it was so welcoming! They helped me out with any questions I had and never judged me for it. Will definitely be back soon!
