actively attempting to avoid this place. mostly due to front desk/customer service staff. 1st time coming i was w a friend to support them and they staff was very rude & judgemental. then today was on the phone with an employee who had much attitude despite my questions being very reasonable when asking how i would go about getting prescribed Ella. I can't speak for anyone else, but I will say I went in for a procedure today and it was the upmost best service. maybe they were just having a good day. the wait and overall time wasn't long, give or take. from beginning to end and throughout everyone was very welcoming. I've had a procedure done in the city before and in comparison this is far better. the pain afterwards is little to none, Good job meds. Afterwards I was given a goody bag with fluffy socks inside. Great service today.
