super nice staff, had an appointment and still had to wait a bit but they were super fast and informative!
Assistant manager was rude. They forced my partner and I to split up claiming policy even when I told them I was okay and I needed him. This was after they cancelled my initial appointment with only a three hour notice. If you don’t have to go here, don’t.
Called in to inquire on services, the representative (Erica) I believe made me feel uncomfortable when inquiring about the cost and how it all worked. Online it clearly states I would get assistance, regardless of insurance or not, but it does not seem to be like that because of what I was told over the phone. A bit disappointed of an organization I support.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRR! Had an appointment at 1130am and didn’t get back to the room til 5pm right before they close !!!!!! Multiple ladies coming in after me and for later appointment times for the same reason I am that went before me !!!!!!! I was the last one person to be seen after everyone came after me! Nurses laughing and giggling everytime you ask them a question cuz they clearly don’t care! If this place didn’t call for the level of professionalism it does from me I would’ve CUSSED EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YALL OUT !!!!... read more
