I don’t usually write reviews but I visited this location yesterday and was so relieved by how kind the entire staff was. I had an early appointment (8:30) and was out the door by 11:30. I was terrified about how this experience would go- and didn’t want to be scarred from it. If you are on the fence on where to go for this procedure just go here- they take care of you, communicate everything every step of the way, and let your partner or guest stay with you through the procedure. Came in for my appointment at 9:30am for an abortion follow up Which I got in December. I called to make an appointment for an abortion follow up in which I had to speak with a manger for them to book the appointment. While booking the appointment I explained to the site manager that I was still experiencing some bleeding from the procedure that I went under. Very polite and knowledgeable staff for my gender-affirming care visit. I was in and out of the building in less than an hour. I used to use a different PPIL location, but this location is much closer to where I live.. and, the building is quite nice on the inside. I'm glad I started going here!
