The women who work here are incredibly sweet and make you feel very safe and comfortable. There were protesters which was shocking but they were not overly aggressive. The clinic is clean, and has a positive atmosphere. Wait times were not too long.
I was supposed to get a procedure done October of last year it never ended up happening ever since then I have been trying to a refund. I’m other just sent to voicemail or told that they will look into it a reach out I’m so frustrated don’t know what else to do.
I had to travel to this location for services due to my extensive chronus illness and autoimmune disease. Said it was mandatory for me to pay them. Everything that was in my bank account before they would consider helping me with financial assistance. This ended up leaving me with no gas money and I ran out of gas on the way home and was trapped on the side of the freeway in the rain for hours in severe pain and bleeding through my clothing without any money for food, ibuprofen, or pads to catch the blood. Everyone was so kind and friendly! But i hate leaving a review but i feel like i need to, i have called them for 2 weeks now with no answer or i keep getting told i will get a call back. i have been trying to reach there financial department and i just feel at a lost :(
