These people are awful. I scheduled an appointment with them for the implant which was confirmed through a text message. The day of my appointment, hours before it, I receive another text from them cancelling my appointment. I try to call them. 5 times. All of which rang for about 4 minutes before hanging up. By all means schedule an appointment with them, but don't expect anyone to be there, and don't expect to get in.
