Worst company ever for service or doing anything they promised. Very shady company scams you out of short term disability. Tells you to use the website to find in network providers, but the website never works. Claims is a joke they keep calling every week asking same questions and saying they are submitting to underwriters. But yet to see or hear anything that shows any progress. This company should get no stars and I would bet any review that is above one star is a fake review. So where to start. First off I have been diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. I can not work. The sold short term disability as 60% of gross pay. Nobody mentioned any cap on it or anything nothing on the computer when you sign up. They are predatory. Wow I can’t believe how bad this insurance company is. Denied claims on basic preventative care and no one who knows what to do when you call. I’ve been trying to get basic wellness visits covered for myself and my kids and no one can help me or give me any answers. They say they will call back and never do. I owe hundreds of dollars to providers for a 9 month old baby visit and a check up with my doctor who is within network. It’s like they hope I just give up and pay the bill.
