I have mailed 3 forms with receipts to the claims processing address, the first was 8 weeks ago. No reimbursement yet for my prescriptions. I called the helpline and was told NOT ONE of the 3 has reached them (operator verified that I mailed to the right address). I'm out $400 and have a refill next week that I cannot afford. Someone tell me what to do. I'm starting to think this is a scam.
My sister Keisha lost her husband in May . She had life insurance through her work which uses this company and they keep telling her that her life insurance on him was issued in 2 checks and mailed in August. She has waited patiently and calls every so often to which the same person keeps telling her different things. She has not received the checks and no one knows anything. We are going to have to get a lawyer. Stay away from this company. Such a scam and hassle.
PAI customer service SUCKS!!! If your employer uses PAI I would recommend finding another employer. This group absolutely SUCKS!!!

Went to cancel my plan. I was told it would take 3-4 billing cycles to cancel. I went to doctor the following week. They were told that my plan was terminated. While I was in the office I called them they said I was active. My provider requested them to fax my information to them showing eligibility they said it can take 24 hours. I now don’t have an appointment I can reschedule in time. I now have nothing good to say about this company. Get coverage through the marketplace.
