I purchased a laptop from Best Buy that was supposedly covered by these clowns. The screen began to bleed through on the left side. Cost me $65 to ship it, then they tell me the screen is cracked on the inside and they don't cover that. I didn't drop the laptop at all and they told me I should have returned it when I received it? It wasn't bleeding out then. How am I supposed to see the crack if it is on the inside? I will never buy anything covered by these idiots again. As far as working there, a nightmare; just a huge waste of my time. Management is horrible. Just so uncaring.

I have been working at PlanITROI for over 4 years now and am thrilled to be apart of such a wonderful company that growing. PlanITROI takes a people first approach which I appreciate very much as I needed time off due to a family emergency and they were so supportive. This eased the stress at home. I really appreciate Paul who is the CEO and the rest of the Executive Leadership team for all that they did for me.
