I went to Planet Wireless at the end of February to buy a case and portable charger for my android phone. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They have great quality products and I will recommend my friends and family to shop there.
This lady doesn’t know what costumer service is
I bought an item and I opened it infront of the lady and the item did not work. she did not want to return my money. she was very rude and she said my phone sucks. Never will I purchase from this store again. Please no one spend money here it's expensive for cheap items that break the moment you buy them. The lady was super rude and fighting with me. Terrible customer service. I went in to get earbuds for my iPhone. The man swiped my card, I entered my PIN, and then he told me my card had been declined and gave me my receipt with the word "declined' on it. I walked out of there with the receipt and no earbuds. No merchandise, just my receipt. The charge went through, anyway, and it was a considerable amount of money. Went in for a car charger (iPhone); the woman was nice and straightforward. When I told her what I wanted she said “I can do the two together for... 24 I think.” So she didn’t know how much the stuff costs. I have her 25. She didn’t give me any change (it should’ve been like 13 cents after taxes). The charger port is fine, but the cord which I just spend a ridiculous amount of money on is AWFUL. they messed up on my screen protector and told me to do it myself because her fingers were hurting. my screen is still messed up and i didn’t get my money back.
