The attendant at this car wash was very courteous, patient and helpful. It was only the 2nd time we used a car wash facility for our new car. The first time, at a different location, was a disaster, as we were unaware with this new car that there is some type of lock on the vehicle that doesn’t allow the car to move on the tracks when in Neutral. The attendant at Drift was knowledgeable and assisted us without getting impatient. The location also had many free self-vacuuming stations.
My car came out cleaner than any other drive thru car wash I have ever been through. The men at the beginning when you first get there are the sweetest. I will definitely go back!
Outstanding finish and the automatic tire shine is a fantastic bonus! My car never looked better right out of a car wash.
NOT TOUCHLESS!!!!! Also the $5 deal instructions are not true. I tried it today and the worker scanning it said “I need to sign up my name and put my license plate number” and then he scans that. I have a $5 plan already for my one car, but for this car I couldn’t add it. What I can’t have two memberships for two different cars? There was no way to add another car to the interface. Or edit a license plate. Or even keep track which membership you have is for which license plate.
