I have gone numerous times to the Planet Smoothie location in Emerald Square location and the it has been closed during normal mall hours. One Sunday I was there at 2 p.m. and the woman behind the counter stated she was closing because it was slow.
Smoothies are great but this location is awful. They open whenever they want. You can be standing at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone even realizes you're there just for them to tell you they are closed when all the lights are on. It's a shame.
Everytime I have tried to come to this particular Planet Smoothie, the operator is never around. I like Planet Smoothie drinks but can never seem to get one at this location. Sad.
