There were two younger females working when I went in. They appeared to be teenagers or in their twenties at most. The heavy set one of them was leaning against the cash register with her back to me texting on her phone and never acknowledged me. The other one got irritated that she had to help me since the other one did not acknowledge me and she shoved her co-worker out of the way and rolled her eyes. I was there At 9:10am and there were 3 people waiting outside for someone to open the door. left at 9:20 after waiting for someone to unlock the door. Very unprofessional for a company. On a Saturday
Unfortunately today Ava was working with someone at around 7 pm , store closes 8 pm her coworker was yelling “nah we’re closing, I have plans tonight” she kicked customers out of the store around 7:30pm because “nah we’re closed you’re going to wait a long time, either later or never” mind you, there’s like 10 customers inside. This is very unprofessional and embarrassing from their end. Please hire people that actually want to work (:
