I come here frequently and normally have a great experience. However I placed an online order yesterday that was supposed to be ready at 11:10 AM. Arrive, the lights are off and the doors are locked. Google says they are open, however clearly they were not. I’m also out of a loss of money bc I used a gift card that I had thrown away thinking I was going to be using the remaining balance to get a smoothie. :/
I’m actually shocked right now. I came in for a quick smoothie only to be greeted by massive AC units in the building. It was so hot. The outside temperature is 95 degrees with a feels like of 100. And I wouldn’t have ordered had I realized how hot it is inside! The lady helping me was nice and sweet despite her working conditions. The temperature on the AC was set to 65 degrees HOWEVER, the inside temperature is currently 93!!!!! You guys are working employees in almost 100 degree heat???????? Daniel did a great job with his service and my drink. I ordered the get up and glow without granola as well as a peanut butter cookie (only 120 cal and 8 sugars.) this is a healthy place for snacks and drinks
I consider myself a regular(1-2 times per week) the last few months and can state a few consistencies of this place: - Every other time I’ve gone there is a “taking out trash” or “in the bathroom” sign on the door and it locked. Totally understandable, except in the circumstances when I have waited upwards of 15 minutes just for no one to come. - I’ve also have gone on at least two circumstances clearly within their business hours(8:30-9 AM on a weekday) where the door was locked, and the lights were off and even on Google, ... read more
The smoothie was good, but when I went to buy one of the chocolate muffins, a majority of the ones I saw were moldy. I let the girl at the desk know and she said she would take care of it though.
