As I walk into this lovely smoothie shop, I receive a warm welcome from Rithin, a young man who is immensely dedicated towards his job. The smoothies are exquisite, the fruits are refreshing, the texture of the smoothie is smooth and bubbly and the presentation is perfect. Planet Smoothie is top notch, if you’re looking to grab a fresh smoothie this is the place to go.
Brandi made my bowl like she had something to prove. She made it like she cared. That might sound corny but I appreciate that she took her time. This was my first time trying a smoothie bowl from Planet Smoothie but I’m hooked. Thank you again Brandi for starting my day on such a pleasant note. I’m happy and calm.
The assistant manager is great!!! I think her name is Brandi and she just always has a welcoming smile that makes you want a smoothie

Customer service is horrible. I placed my order online. When I went to pick up, everyone was busy doing their own thing. I stood there for over 5 minutes directly in front of a young lady, I was the only person on the online pick-up line, and not once did she have the decency to ask me anything. I finally asked if my order was ready , and she then asked my name. Just dipped her hands in the fridge and handed me my drink. No eye contact, no nothing, she just wasn't in the mood.
