I came here after having dental work done so I couldn’t eat much. It was hard for me to talk too but the staff was very nice and even offered to take out anything that I might have to chew from the smoothie which was so sweet of them! The smoothie was delicious and much needed and the staff were very nice!
I’m very disappointed with the customer service at the Planet Smoothie in Buford. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with one of the ladies who works there. There is a young man who works there and he is always very nice and respectful, but this lady has been very rude to me more than once. Last week, I went to pick up a smoothie order. I said, Hi, I’m here for pickup, and she looked at me and said, “What do you want?” in a rude tone. The smoothies were fine, but the service was not. The employees were not dressed appropriately for work and were too busy flirting with each other to get the order correct. They spilled the hydration powder all over the counter. They went to reuse the scoop and I asked if it had hit the floor. They replied that it only hit the counter and the gave me dirty looks the rest of the time I was there. I felt very uncomfortable.
