This is the second time I have ordered on the mobile app for curbside service as I’ve either had my dog in the car or my young children napping. On the mobile app it allows curbside as an option and says to call the store when you arrive. Yet when you arrive and call no one answers the phone. The first time this happened I called a few times and could see the girls inside not acknowledging a phone ringing so I went inside to inform them that their phone must not be working. This Planet Smoothie is great! Ive been a returning customer to this location. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable with the product and also quick. The environment inside is clean, quiet and even has seating to enjoy your smoothie away from the Florida Heat. I highly recommend and I will be coming back soon.
Amazing smoothies. I have gone to other and are watered down but they made creamy smoothies that were hands down some of the best we have had. Friendly service!
They say they open at 7am, you order ahead of time on the app, the store has the light that says open, all doors are locked and no one is answering the phone and it’s 721am. This has happened more than once at this location.
