You need more staff, only one person working on a saturday at lunchtime.
Only 1 person working- and for some odd reason I asked for the same smoothie I asked for in the planet smoothie in Altamonte springs and it didn't taste the same... i think it was because they only had 1 person working and she was rushing.
Wearing a mask that doesn't cover your nose and barely covers your mask does absolutely nothing. Wear a mask properly if you are serving food!
