Today, I visited to purchase a smoothie. When I entered, two young ladies were on their phones and having a personal conversation. Even after I approached the counter, the conversation continued instead of the focus shifting to the customer; they were talking about sashes. I ordered a smoothie that should have included pineapple, strawberries, and coconut. Unfortunately, the coconut completely overpowered the other flavors. smoothies are SO GOOD but the staff are honestly pretty rude & unwelcoming. i'm probably gonna stick to boho boba since i only really come for the boba anyways
