Yummy, healthy smoothies! Fast and efficient employees! I always get Peanut Butter Blues....it is a meal replacement smoothie.
This was a horrible experience. We arrived around 7:15 pm , and a young lady at the front counter looked at us when we walked in but had a terrible attitude and didn’t even seem willing to acknowledge or assist us. Planet Smoothie used to be one of my favorite places, but this experience was extremely disappointing. Customer service makes a huge difference, and employees who are unhappy or unwilling to provide good service can give customers the wrong impression of the entire business. I come to this location all the time and everyone is always so friendly but today I would like to give a shout out to Sam She helped me a lot with making a special shake for one of my clients that I train. She took her time and was very helpful with making the right concoction for my client . thank you so much Sam keep doing what you’re doing. You’re making a difference.!

We have given the Planet Smoothie EUSTIS location on 441 multiple chances. Every time we order smoothies from this particular location, the smoothies all fall short. They are thin in texture, like a slushie, and they are "iced" down, therefore diluting the flavor of the ingredients. When I order a smoothie from planet smoothie I am wanting said smoothie to be really satisfying with flavor and just thick enough to satisfy my hunger.
