We have given the Planet Smoothie EUSTIS location on 441 multiple chances. Every time we order smoothies from this particular location, the smoothies all fall short. They are thin in texture, like a slushie, and they are "iced" down, therefore diluting the flavor of the ingredients. When I order a smoothie from planet smoothie I am wanting said smoothie to be really satisfying with flavor and just thick enough to satisfy my hunger. Adrianna was very fast and has always been so delightful every time I come in. I have seen her working here for years and she works hard to take care of her customers and I greatly appreciate her dedication to her job. Smoothie is fantastic as always. Thank you!!!
I roughly order here 2-3 times a week. Smoothies are great. But today I ordered (July 4th 2026) and the girl that made my smoothie, wow she deserves a raise. I’m not sure what she does differently than everyone else, but she does not miss. It’s never different, has the most perfect consistency, and it’s the same texture and taste every time!
I walked into planet asking for a mango-pineapple smoothie, once i received it I didn’t enjoy it, so I asked for it to be remade. A girl with a Jamaican accent, rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude. Hopefully, next time I walk in i’m not treated as if i’m a burden.
Bre was so generous and accommodating. Loved the Bachata being played also.
