Walked in to place an order Saturday at 12:30pm. Only to 4 walk in order & 3 online (orders behind get there order before me). So at 1:10pm. My order is still not ready. So are after built up frustration at 1:15pm, I cancelled my order. U would think with me waiting so long. Good customer service would have gave me the smoothie free, since i waited so long. I wanted to make this review after going to Smoothie King, I tried this place first because my family wanted to but I got their smoothie bowl and my mom got a strawberry banana smoothie. The bowl is very large and overall it is very tasty and I liked it, but the actual base is very much smaller than it appears and there is more fruit and other toppings more than the base itself. This place is trash and should be revoked from owning a franchise!
Ryan and Juan treated me and my friends so well, wonderful service, amazing drinks and i personally believe they deserve some big badonkadonk for their efforts.
