Walked in ready to order a twigs and berry. No acknowledgement from any individual behind the counter (4 total) 2 of them had headphones on. Stood there for a few minutes. Person came in behind me got immediate acknowledgement and their order taken. I have been here numerous times. I was the only white person there. 5pm today
Customer service sucks. You're lucky if they greet you when you enter. I like the smoothies but I came in for a smoothie, the customer there wasn't ready so she let me go ahead. Two girls behind the counter. Neither asks me what I'd like if I'm ready. One of them just is moving back and forth doing whatever and the other goes and stands by the register and PULLS OUT HER PHONE. Like do yall not see me here? Rude as hell.
