Customer service sucks. You're lucky if they greet you when you enter. I like the smoothies but I came in for a smoothie, the customer there wasn't ready so she let me go ahead. Two girls behind the counter. Neither asks me what I'd like if I'm ready. One of them just is moving back and forth doing whatever and the other goes and stands by the register and PULLS OUT HER PHONE. Like do yall not see me here? Rude as hell. Twig & Berries Smoothie
Employees don’t pay attention to the drinks they are making. The dude blended all the liquids together with no ice then offered me a medium after her add a scoop of ice and reblended it. Needless to say it was watery. I’m annoyed and to make matters worse they have a 73 C food rating. I see why. Definitely won’t be coming back here in the future. Waste of $8
