Smoothie was good. Customer service of the last 2 ladies was not so great. Place an order and got in too early to pick up. Absolutely fine. Young lady was cleaning tables so instead of sitting, I waited outside the window after I let them know I was here to pick up. As I waited, neither one of them thought to say it was ready... As I peak my head through the door x3, nit until I asked how long, did they let me know the smoothie was complete.... customer service requires communication... My smoothie was so good! Dasishia (pronounced Dasha) made the best PB Riptide I’ve had!! Her professionalism and quiet demeanor goes without saying. She has excellent customer service skills and makes the best smoothies. Thanks Planet Smoothie for hiring her! Ask for her! I do!
