If you have some time to spare, this place might be for you. I waited 23 minutes for my small smoothie, with two people ahead of me and one more waiting. During lunchtime, there was only one employee visible and working. To make matters worse, the music was excessively LOUD. I've been to other Planet Smoothie locations where the customer service is excellent, the place is clean, and there are enough staff members. It’s become too hit and miss probably due to all the staff changes. I get one of the Açaí based bowls usually and today was the worst one I’ve had from this location. It was barely halfway full, the based was melted and basically ice. Couldn’t even finish it. Extra star because they were at least polite. The owner probably doesn’t want to come back which is understandable. The goal when running a business is to ultimately move away from being an employee and just running it. Things were so much better back then though.
Coming here is like a flip of coin. One day might be a great experience, the next day could be the complete opposite. Some of the kids that work here dont care. Airpods, facetiming while working, bad attitude, lack of attention. On top of that, a smoothie thats made completely different than yesterday. I come here quite often and not is the manger super nice but also a young lady, Arianna (hope I spelled that right). Very positive energy every time she working. So shout out to her and a big thank for you hard work and positive vibes!
I was here today, the smoothie was tasteless, the girl working had a frown on her face, I came the other day, the girl had an attitude and the smoothie was terrible and she had to make it again. How hard is it to get people in here that give a damn. Mark my words if this continues this place will close, why spend money here when the people working there don't give a damn.
