Went to pick up my normal order at 10:45am and it was closed. Signs say open from 8am-10pm. No signage stating why they were closed, a couple of people waiting outside asking what was going on. The difference between one location and another is their service.
Literally always a terrible experience. Smoothies are never consistent. I am currently at the location and there is nobody there. Waited 10 minutes inside & nobody ever came. 9/1/26 at 11:00am.
Ordered and paid online for pickup mid day during regular hours Saturday 8/15/26 . Store was closed. Customer service number alsoo closed. Paid money for multiple items.. no service
They said they close at 8pm but at 7:20 they close since they refuse to answer calls for orders at that time, after trying multiple times
Staff is always polite and they do a great job.
