Ordered and paid online for pickup mid day during regular hours Saturday 8/15/26 . Store was closed. Customer service number alsoo closed. Paid money for multiple items.. no service
They said they close at 8pm but at 7:20 they close since they refuse to answer calls for orders at that time, after trying multiple times
Staff is always polite and they do a great job.
My husband and I ordered two identical açaí bowls, and the difference between them was ridiculous. One bowl had so much more açaí and was filled way higher than the other. When I asked about it, the employee admitted that he had just put more in one than the other, which made absolutely no sense since we ordered the exact same thing. Placed a mobile order in the middle of the day, during their open hours, and the doors were locked and an employee inside, intentionally ignoring me and others at the door. I tried calling to get a refund and no one picked up the phone despite, again, an employee being inside. I will have to report the transaction on my card now seeing as my money was stolen and they did not cancel my order or turn their mobile ordering option off.
