I wish I could give them -5 stars. Not only was everyone I talked to rude, they couldn’t even help me with repairs! When I finally got some help it ended up breaking my machine. Not only should no one go here, they should warn anyone they know to avoid this place with a ten foot pole.
I went to get a part of the singer serger. The guy was really rude. He said to me " go to the the place where the singer parts are available" I also wanted one brush part of Dyson vacuum cleaner. The lady looked around but he said we don't have it from inside. He was not ready to help. What I guessed he only cares when some one brings him some thing to fix so he can make more money but I went to get old parts and he wouldn't want give any so he said" we don't have them".
I would NOT recommend this sewing machine repair shop. I took my sewing machine in to get it repaired. They serviced it but did not repair it. They left me waiting for weeks to have it repaired.
Great place, great folks.
