If I could get zero stars I would been with this company since before Prostorage took over ever since it’s been hell not only has it doubled in price god forbid your late that’s an extra $40 added let’s say your going through something god forbid your even later than that that’s another $175 I recently tried to make my payment they sent me a payment link by the time I opened the link it had expired tried calling the next day it was closed so had to wait another day for them to send another link when I opened it the next mont... read more
This place was great. Since the switchover I have had so many issues with my auto pay. Now it’s a fixed date payment and they are unable to switch the payment date . The women in the office originally had offered to process my payment on a different date that I requested and it has yet to happen. I am constantly getting charged fees and they will not work with you. It’s fake empathy with a shoulder shrug. This is no longer a friendly rental place. Corporate runs the world here now. Ick.
