Love that they help you out if you keep in contact with them like if you're going to be late paying just talk to them they are normally understanding i paid my car off a year and a half before contract was supposed to be up they also helped with getting us 4 new tires
Definitely not satisfied with the way they speak to their customers especially those that have been loyal to them Jimmy just doesn't seem to care and is just as rude as the office staff

Had my car for over 4 years, and can say now you won't regret it. They are understanding and help out as much as they can! Literally better then any other dealership, and I went to a few and none of them offer the perks Planet Rent To Own does! Love going to Mr. J's to have the car checked and oil changes. They really help you out when it comes to getting you what you need and getting you out. Officially paid my car off a few months ago.
