Best place to shop for a car hands down
I've done business with PRTO for the past 7 years and have always received excellent service. The program is great, and terms are fair. Jimmy was informative and fast with the contract paperwork. I am a happy and loyal customer!
Office staff do not have good customer service, very rude nonchalant and simply just does not care. My car ran hot March 31st and have been at their shop since then. I’ve been calling the office Chloe hangs up and or cuts the conversation off while I am talking. Been waiting on an update didn’t get an update until last week, Jimmy stated the car “should be ready Friday of this week” I called today to get another update just to make sure the car will be ready on Friday.
