If I was able to give 0 stars I would. Hired Jessica and her company Planet remodel for a bathroom renovation for tile floor, counter top/ raised height for cabinet, jetted bathtub (about 2k), mirrors and upper cabinet demo and replacement. I was told the scope of work would be 3 to 4 months, 2 weeks of renovation. Today it's been almost 11 months since we've hired them without a working tub still.
