Wow...I am a fool for letting them charge me $487 to replace a spigot! Unbelievable. I will never let that happen again. You shouldn't either. Call someone else.

I rarely write reviews but this case stood out, massive shoutout to Tim from Planet Plumbing. Tim was able to come out same day to provide a same-day estimate to compare against other bids. I had felt uneasy about the bid process, I had gotten so many differing opinions it was hard to diagnose the issue. Chase was so amazing, I can’t say enough. I will definitely have him back for all of my plumbing needs.
No BS over the phone - I asked for a "kitchen sink snake" cost and they told me. Other companies play the game, not these folks. When Chase came by he was professional and efficient. Made sure all his bases were covered and that the job was done correctly. If I need these folks again, I will not hesitate to call.
