[Update 7/23] The folks at Planet Pluming went above and beyond to help address the issue at my house and help explain the work. Their follow-up two technicians were exceedingly professional and thoughtful and tidy. They helped locate the main sewer line issue and repair a separate issue that had come up during the first visit, all against the cost of the original visit. But my technician today over-stressed my system, leaving gray water pouring in my basement (for me to clean up), left a mess in my shower, was not able to fix a dripping bathroom sink faucet, spent several hours trying to clear a mainline without camera-scoping it first--taking out my toilet in the process (which didn't seem to have any issues). We had a main line block with sewage flowing into our basement. Darren came and fixed everything quickly and for a very reasonable price. He explained everything, walked us through what happened and highlighted some issues for the future. No high pressure sales and he did a great job. Very impressed!
